This is a petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.10 dated 14.02.2020 under Sections 148, 149, 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Section 325 IPC was added later on) registered at Police Station Bahin, District Palwal.

On 11.05.2020, the following order was passed:- "Heard through Video Conferencing.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that no specific role/injuries have been attributed to the petitioners in the FIR. Notice of motion 21.07.2020.

Mr. Apoorav Garg, DAG, Haryana, on the asking of the Court has joined the session and seeks some time to complete his instructions.

Meanwhile, the petitioners shall join the investigation and would come present as and when called for. In the event of arrest, the

The petitioners shall abide by all terms and conditions as specified under section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973.

Additionally, the petitioner shall maintain 100 mtr distance from the complainant and his family members at all times during the existence of the bail.''

It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that in compliance of order dated 11.05.2020, the petitioners have joined the investigation and have fully cooperated.

Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Khem Chand has stated that the petitioners have joined the investigation and they are no longer required for further investigation as of now. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and order dated 11.05.2020 is made absolute. The petitioners shall, however, join the investigation as and when called for and shall also abide by all the conditions as specified under Section 438(2) CrPC.
