3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? AJAY TEWARI, J (ORAL) Petitioners seek directions to respondent Nos.2 & 3 not to harass them and their family at the instance of respondent Nos.4 & 5. Notices issued to respondent Nos.4 & 5 have not been received back served or otherwise.
Learned state counsel, on instructions from ASI Jatinder Singh, states that the petitioners have informed the police that they do not require any security or protection.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have not contacted him on mobile but since they have not appeared, he would not oppose the dismissal of this petition as having been rendered infructuous in view of the aforesaid statement with liberty to the petitioners to revive the petition, in case, the above assertion is incorrect. Ordered accordingly.
