C.W.P No. 7574-2019 Petitioner is seeking quashing of impugned list (P-5) whereby the petitioner was shown ineligible in the scrutiny of documents and further prayer is for quashing of final result dated 07.11.2017 (P-6). At the very outset this petition is liable to be dismissed on the ground of delay and latches, as the petitioner participated for the post of Computer, pursuant to advertisement dated 17.03.2016 (P-1). The petitioner cleared the written examination but he was not called for scrutiny of documents. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that petitioner falls under ESM category, as per P-7 colly but he was not called for scrutiny of documents and interview as the Ex Servicemen certificate of the petitioner was issued in March, 2017 and the advertisement is of 17.03.2016.

This petition is dismissed, as the petitioner should have approached this Court earlier before the date of interview as now the final result has already been declared on 07.11.2017 and the candidates have also joined.
