!"# $ Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner Gurdeep Singh in case FIR No.130 dated 13.06.2015 registered at Police Station Kotwali Kapurthala, District Kapurthala under Sections 323/324/148/149/325/326 IPC.

this Court, the petitioner has joined investigations which is not controverted by learned State counsel on instructions from HC Lakhwinder Singh who submits that the petitioner is no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. In the light of what has been stated above, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 22.07.2015 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
