Present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Fresh notices were issued to the parties. As per office report, appellant No.1 stands duly served and appellant No.2 is stated to have died. Respondent Nos.1, 2(i), 3 and 4 are stated to have died. Respondent No.2(ii) remains unserved with the report that she is married and residing with her in-laws. Respondent Nos.5 and 6 stand served, however, none has put in appearance on their behalf. 2.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants states that he has no instructions in the matter.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.
Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
