ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to respondent No.3 to comply with the provisions of Section 160 Cr.P.C. in case the presence of the petitioner is required in connection with the complaint filed by respondent No.5.
Reply by way of an affidavit of Ramandeep singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, City-II, District SAS Nagar, Mohali on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2 filed in the Court is taken on record. As per the para 3 of the reply, it is stated that on the complaint filed by respondent No.5, the police has issued notices dated 28.06.2017, 06.07.2017 and 02.08.2017 under Section 160 Cr.P.C., however, the petitioner has not come present despite receiving the same.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed having been rendered infructuous.
