As per the office report, appellant Nos.1 to 3 remain unserved as they were not found residing at the given addresses. Appellant No.4 is stated to have died. Respondent Nos.1(i) to 1(iv) and 2 remain unserved with the report that no such village exists in Ferozepur. Notices issued to respondent Nos.7 to 14 have been given to the Sarpanch of the concerned Yogesh Sharma 2024.05.02 10:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.

This is the only address of appellant Nos.1 to 3 which was given in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments and decrees of both the Courts. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.
Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
