Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 535 dated 11.6.2015 under Section 498-A, 406 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Jhajjar. While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 20.8.2015:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the parties have amicably settled their dispute. Notice of motion for 15.09.2015 In the meantime, in the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Petitioner shall abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973."

Crl. Misc. No. M-23631 of 2015 -2Inspector Devinder Singh, has submitted that in terms of the above order, petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for further investigation.

Accordingly, interim bail granted by this Court to the petitioner vide order dated 20.8.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
