SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No. 4 to 8, parents and brothers of petitioner No.1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 17.07.2015 (Annexure P-5) made by petitioner No.1. It has been stated that both the petitioners are major. The date of birth of petitioner No.1-Krishna is 10.05.1995 as per copy of Aadhaar Card (Annexure P-1) and that of petitioner No.2-Pawan is 10.07.1991 as per copy of PAN Card (Annexure P-2). They got married on 15.07.2015. Photographs of marriage are Annexure P-4.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, but without expressing any opinion on the validity of marriage of petitioners, this petition is disposed of with direction to

CRM-M-23633-2015 -2Superintendent of Police, Panipat to look into the representation dated 17.07.2015 Annexure P-5 (addressed to Senior Superintendent of Police, Panipat) and take appropriate action in accordance with law, on receipt of certified copy of this order.

However, it is made clear that this order will have no effect on the validity of alleged marriage of the petitioners or on any other civil or criminal proceedings instituted against them. July 22, 2015 (SURINDER GUPTA) Sachin M.
