ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) The present appeal is of the year 1995 and since 12.12.2016 no one has been putting in appearance on behalf of the parties. On 20.04.2022, the following order was passed : "No one has put in appearance on behalf of the parties. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 12.05.2022. To be taken up immediately after the cases of urgent list. Registry to inform learned counsel for the parties of the date fixed.

Photocopy of this order be placed on the file of the connected case."

Today no one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
