(ORAL) Present petition has been filed with a prayer to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners, to which threat is being apprehened at the hands of private respondents No.4 to 7.

Learned counsel for the petitioners argues that in the year 2019, petitioners were beaten by respondent No.4, which fact is now proved keeping in view the reply filed by learned State counsel, which also shows that even in the police Station, respondent No.4 became violent and was booked under Sections 107/151 of the Cr.P.C. and was arrested.

CRWP-3541-2021 -2Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that even as of now, threat perception is there and therefore, the petitioners wants to file another representation giving the details of the threat perception and the said threat perception be got evaluated by the police. Learned State counsel submits that in case any representation is filed by the petitioners raising any grievance qua the threat to their life and liberty at the hands of private respondents, the same will be evaluated in accordance with law and appropriate order will be passed within a period of six weeks of the receiving of the said representation and in case, it is found that any action is needed to be taken to safeguard the life and liberty of the petitioners, the same will be taken without any further delay. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the above-said statement of learned State counsel, the petitioners do not want to press this petition any further and will approach the respondents-State by filing an appropriate representation raising the said apprehension.

Present petition is disposed of having been not pressed with liberty as prayed for.

It is made clear that the respondents-State will be bound by their statment recorded herein before.
