The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. On 01.05.2024 fresh notice was issued to the appellant as the earlier counsel representing the appellant has been elevated to the Bench. As per the Office report, the appellant remains unserved as the President through whom the present appeal was filed has since expired. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant today. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
