Mr.Neeraj Madaan, Advocate, for the appellants. Mr. Saurav Khullar, Authorized Representative with Mr.PHS Pannu, Advocate, for respondent No.3-Insurance company.

****** As agreed, as per statements of the appellants, learned counsel and representative of the respondent-Insurance Company (separately recorded), a sum of Rs.5,05,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Five Thousand only) over and above the amount awarded by the Tribunal is allowed to the appellants in full and final settlement of the claim in this appeal subject to withdraw of execution. As per the statement of the learned counsel for the appellants, the enhanced amount be paid to the appellants as per their share in terms of the award dated 11.08.2021 passed by the MACT, Fazilka. The share of the appellant No.2-Naman (minor son of the deceased-Tarun Kumar) be deposited in the shape of FDR in any nationalized bank till he attains the age of majority.

Accordingly, we dispose of this case with the direction to the Insurance Company to deposit a crossed cheque for Rs.5,05,000/- in the name of the appellants No.1, 3 and 4 subject to withdraw of execution, as per their (appellant's) shares in terms of the award dated 11.08.2021 passed by the MACT, Fazilka, with the Office of the Lok Adalat of the High Court and the share of appellant No.2-Naman (minor son of the deceased-Tarun Kumar) be deposited in the shape of FDR in any nationalized bank till he SUKHPREET KAUR 2022.08.25 04:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

attains the age of majority, within four weeks from today, in compliance of this order, falling which, interest @ 9% per annum on this amount till payment, from the date of this order. The concerned Officer of the Lok Adalat Branch/Office shall issue a proper receipt after receiving the cheque, to learned counsel/representative of the respondent-Insurance Company. The appellant's counsel/appellant may collect the cheque from the office of the Lok Adalat.

Copy of the order be supplied/sent to the counsel/parties and file be returned to the Hon'ble High Court.
