JUSTICE TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA Present: Mr. Jasbir Mor, Advocate, for the petitioner --- TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA J. (ORAL): It is contended that the petitioner, who is Primary Teacher of 2017 Batch, opted for allocation of permanent district cadre by submitting option on 15.10.2023, and has been allocated district Sirsa under ESM general category. She has been working in district Fatehabad, which was provisionally allocated to her after initial appointment. Ninety four posts of ESM category are lying vacant in the district, as per Annexure P-11, and the petitioner can be considered against any of those for being allocated to Fatehabad.

At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case the petition is disposed of by giving liberty to her to make a detailed representation bringing all the relevant facts to the notice of second respondent for considering her request for allocation of Fatehabad district. 3.

Mr. Sanjeev Kaushik, Addl. AG, Haryana, appearing on advance notice, contends that in case any such representation will be filed, the same shall be decided by the second respondent/Director, Elementary Ashwani Kumar 2024.03.23 17:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of the statement of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof.
