*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of order dated 01.06.2018, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined investigation whereas learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined investigation but has not cooperated in the investigation as the recovery has not been effected. The allegations are matter of evidence, which shall be tested by the trial Court.

Since the petitioner has joined investigation, interim order dated 01.06.2018 passed by this Court in favour of the petitioner is made absolute.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
