Mr. Parveen Kaushik, Advocate for the petitioner. **** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to hand over the investigation in FIR No. 0520 dated 14.12.2017 registered under Sections 323, 354-B, 506, 34 IPC, Police Station Urban Estate, District Rohtak to some independent agency. Counsel for the petitioner states that though the FIR had been lodged but police has not arrested the accused nor they produced the petitioner for her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. before the Magistrate. Counsel further submits that the representation was sent on 14.5.2018. Postal receipt has been placed on record.

The postal receipt shows that the representation was sent only 10 days prior to the fling of this petition. There is a civil litigation going on between the parties. There is stay in favour of the petitioner. No directions are required to be given in the given circumstances.

The petition is disposed of.
