The present Regular Second Appeal was instituted in the year 1995 and has remained pending for service of respondent No. 1(viii) and (ix) upon furnishing of correct addresses by the counsel for the appellants. Many adjournments have already been sought by the counsel for the appellants for this purpose. Even today, counsel for the appellants submits that she has no instructions from her client. 2.

In light of the above, the present appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to the appellants to seek its revival within the period of limitation, in case, any cogent cause of action survives. 3.
