(ORAL) This is a petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for setting aside the impugned order dated 22.02.2023 passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Batala, whereby the application under Order 38 Rule 5 read with Section 151 CPC for the attachment of the property/share owned by the respondents has been dismissed in Civil Suit No.807 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
