Present appeal pertains to the year 1995. On 02.12.2023 notices were issued to the appellant as well as legal representatives of respondent No.1. As per office report, the appellant stands duly served, however, none has put in appearance on its behalf. The legal representatives of respondent No.1 remain served due to incomplete address. 2.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
