Learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that FIR No. 629 dated 27.11.2018, under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, Police Station Model Town, Rewari, has been registered on the basis of complaint of petitioner dated 18.05.2018 (Annexure P-7).

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
