Learned State counsel submits that challan in case bearing FIR No.29 dated 10.01.2018 registered at Police Station City Sonipat has been presented and the next date fixed for arguments on charge is 25.09.2018. As the police has already completed the investigation and filed the challan, no direction requires to be issued for reinvestigation of the matter. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail other legal remedies available to the petitioner and to take all the pleas raised in this petition, before the Court concerned at appropriate stage.
