LISA GILL, J. (Oral) The petitioner seeks the concession of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 215 dated 07.06.2017 under Sections 376, 120-B IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 registered at Police Station Basti Jodhewal, District Ludhiana. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Allegations have been levelled by the complainant against the petitioner's son. The only allegation against the petitioner, it is contended, is that she pressurized the complainant to marry her son. The petitioner's son, it is submitted, is in custody. The petitioner has joined investigation and is not involved in any other criminal case. It is, thus, prayed that this petition be allowed.

Crl. Misc. No. M-23734 of 2017 [ 2 ] custodial interrogation is not required. The petitioner is not reported to be involved in any other criminal case.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, it is considered just and expedient to allow this petition. Consequently, order dated 07.07.2017 is made absolute.

None of the observations made here-in-above shall be construed to be a reflection on merits of the case and shall have no bearing on trial.
