CRM-M-24620-2016 This is a petition seeking directions to respondent No. 2 to look into the representation made by the petitioner on 30.4.2016 and for handing over the investigation to some other police officials. An FIR had been registered on 8.3.2016 and the family members of the petitioner are facing trial. The trial has commenced and evidence is being recorded. Therefore, no directions can be given to the police as the stage of investigation is over and challan has been presented and trial is on.

Petition is dismissed.
