The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 27.05.2024 learned counsel for the appellant had stated that he has not been able to contact his client. Therefore, notice was issued to the appellant. As per the service report, sole appellant stands duly served. However, no one has appeared on behalf of the appellant despite service. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
