Petitioner seeks concession of regular bail in a case registered at the instance of Sansar Singh alleging that the petitioner and 15-16 other persons raised lalkaras and declared that the complainant and others being members of lower caste will not be allowed to stay in the village. The petitioner and two others were armed with pistol. They started firing blindly as a result of which Vikram, Sandeep and Sudhir received injuries. Vikram died on the spot whereas Sudhir died while on way to hospital. Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, at this stage, with liberty to file a fresh petition after examination of more witnesses.
