***** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 & 3 not to call the petitioner in the office of respondent No.2 at the behest of respondents No.7 to 9, with further prayer to mark the inquiry of this case to some IPS Officer at Ludhiana.

CRM-M-24703-2018 --2-- as "Jatt Ram vs. Punjab State Human Rights Commission and another" passed in CWP No.18237 of 2013, decided on 18.05.2015, contends that National Commission of Scheduled Castes and Schedules Tribes cannot direct the police authorities to recommend/transfer of investigation.

Learned State counsel does not dispute the above proposition of law laid down in the aforesaid authority, but has contended that investigation is not being conducted by Bureau of Investigation under any SC/ST Commission. Rather, Bureau of Investigation conducted independent inquiry on the complaint of Ashok Kumar-respondent No.9.

In view of the above factual aspect of the case, instant petition is dismissed.
