NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 438, Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Satnam Singh, son of Baldev Singh, resident of Village Manawa, Tehsil Dharamkot, District Moga, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 506, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No. 43, dated 18.5.2015, registered at Police Station, Sadar, Moga.

CRM-M-23717-2015 Learned counsel submits that in compliance with the orders dated 23.7.2015 and 24.8.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and no more required for custodial interrogation. He further submits that during pendency of the present petition, better sense has prevailed and the informant (wife) has started residing with the petitioner after resolving her dispute.
Learned consel for the State on instructions of ASI Amarjit Singh of Police Station, Sadar, Moga, very fairly concedes that petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned counsel for the informant/complainant-wife very fairly concedes that Mandeep Kaur has started residing with the petitioner.
In view of above, the present petition is allowed. The interim directions issued vide orders dated 23.7.2015 and 24.8.2015, passed by this Court are made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.PC.
