Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 98 dated 9.3.2017, registered under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 323, 506, 341 and 307 IPC at Police Station Sadar Dadri, District Charkhi Dadri.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the petitioners have since joined the investigation and they are not required for further investigation in any way. Thus, they be released on pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Assistant Sub Inspector Azeet Singh, affirmed the fact that the petitioners have joined the investigation.
