It has been reported that pursuant to the interim order dated 22.1.2016, the petitioners have already joined the investigation. Counsel for the complainant has appeared to admit the said fact. It has been informed by counsel for the petitioners and counsel for the complainant that negotiations regarding amicable resolution of the controversy have been undertaken and there are chances of compromise. The petition is allowed. Interim order dated 22.1.2016 is hereby made absolute subject to all the conditions u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C. subject to an additional condition that the petitioner will not indulge in the similar activity, of which he is accused of, during of the case.
