***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Petitioner-Mohan Singh along with his son namely Satwant Singh @ Prince, who is respondent No.1 in the present case, is present before the Court today. To affix his identity, the petitioner has produced copy of his Aadhar Card, copy whereof, is placed on record.

Perusal of paperbook reveals that the impugned order dated 17.03.2022, copy whereof is Annexure P-1, relates to the interim order viz-a-viz. the possession of the suit property i.e. House No.2040, Sector 19-C, Chandigarh. On query by the Court, as to why the petitioner intends to withdraw the same, he produced copy of the order dated 01.10.2025, which relates to the LPA No.192 of 2022, which has been finally disposed of vide order dated 01.10.2025. In light of the same, the petitioner submits that he does not want to pursue with the present revision petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
