The present appeal pertains to the year 2019. Repeatedly the case has been adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the appellant. On 22.02.2024 the following order was passed : "Learned proxy counsel for the appellant seeks an adjournment, while submitting that the arguing counsel is in some personal difficulty today.
Adjourned to 06.08.2024.
Last opportunity granted to address the arguments on behalf of the appellant."

Today none has appeared on behalf of the appellant despite the case being called twice. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.
Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
