(Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is made under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondents no. 1 to 3 to protect life and liberty of the petitioners as they have solemnized marriage against the wishes of respondents no. 4 to 6. Both the petitioners are present in person and stated to be major.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant petition may be disposed of with liberty to petitioners to pursue the representation dated 20.07.2015 (Annexure P-5) already made to the Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala. Disposed of with liberty, as aforesaid.
