resent intra Court appeal has been filed by the appellant against judgment dated 10.02.2025 passed in CWP-15758-2021 and other connected matters.

Ltd. vs. Employees Provident Fund Organisation and Others, this Court has decided the similar issue raised herein, and the present intra Court appeal be disposed of in the same terms.
