The petitioner has sought investigation in case bearing FIR No. 23 dated 29.04.2018, registered at Police Station Sarai Amanat Khan, District Tarn Taran from some independent agency. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Manpreet Singh submits that on the request of petitioner, investigation was conducted by Director Bureau of Investigation in which respondent no. 5-Sukhbir Singh and respondent no. 7-Bachhittar Singh have been found to be guilty. However, the police could not apprehend them as they are evading arrest. The petitioner has mentioned presence of unidentified persons at the time of occurrence. This aspect will be looked into on arrest of respondents no. 5 and 7.
In view of submission of learned State counsel, investigation has already been conducted by Director Bureau of Investigation.
