**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 03 dated 3.1.2020 under Sections 307, 34 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station City Sonepat, District Sonepat. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is only injury on the person of the complainant which has been attributed to one Kapil and no injury has been attributed to the petitioner. He further submits that one Ankit Ranga has been named in the FIR who has further named Rajat, who has also been arrested. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner has been in custody since 19.1.2020. Learned State counsel has not disputed the above said facts. He submits that out of 15 prosecution witnesses, none has been examined till date.

CRM-M No. 12206 of 2020 -2has been attributed to the petitioner. Out of 15 prosecution witnesses, none has been examined till date. The trial will take time to conclude. No useful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner behind the bars. Without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
