This petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for the grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.500 dated 1.7.2016 registered for the offences under Sections 323, 324, 452, 506 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Camp Palwal, District Palwal.

Notice of motion has been issued in this case. Mr. Vikramjit Singh, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-State and contested this petition.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana appearing for the respondent-State and have gone through the record.

Cr. Misc. No.M-24673 of 2016 From the record, I find that the petitioner is a lady. As per prosecution version, she was stated to be armed with a `Danda' but no injury is attributed to her. Otherwise also, the FIR is for the offences under Sections 323, 324, 452, 506 read with Section 34 IPC. She is also not required for custodial interrogation. No useful purpose will be served by sending the petitioner to custody.

In the facts and circumstances of the present case, I accept this criminal miscellaneous petition and in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be admitted to bail on her furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer. The petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
