RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J . (Oral) Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this Court by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking appropriate directions. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only limited relief, which is being sought by the petitioner is that the Director General of Police, Punjab-respondent No.2 may be directed to take appropriate action on the inquiry report dated 30.08.2011 already submitted by the learned Addl. Director General of Police, Punjab, State Human Rights Commission-respondent No.3. Notice of motion was issued.

Learned counsel for the State fairly states that the present petition may be disposed of by passing appropriate order. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the record of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the Director General of Police, Punjab-respondent No.2 to look into the matter, consider the inquiry report dated 30.08.2011 already stated to have been submitted before him by the Addl. Director General of Police, Punjab, State Human Rights Commission-

CRM-M-23750 of 2015 #2# respondent No.3 and ensure taking appropriate action thereon at an early date by passing appropriate order strictly in accordance with law but in any case within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. With the above-said observations made hereinabove, present petition stands disposed of.
