Though no one has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No. 2-complainant, namely, Jagjit Ram Sharma but no prejudice would be caused to him as he has already made his statement with regard to compromise before learned Magistrate on 24.07.2017. The same is reproduced as under:- "An FIR No. 314 dated 3.10.2013 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code has been registered by me against the accused namely Satish Kumar, Ardahman Singh, Mahesh Lutra at Police Station 'Civil Lines', Amritsar. The compromise between us is genuine, voluntary and without any pressure or coercion on anybody. No other criminal proceedings are pending between me and the persons stated above."

Learned State counsel does not dispute the factum of compromise between the parties.
