(Oral) Petitioner is seeking directions for concluding the trial in case FIR No.317 dated 13.08.2013 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 354, 354-A and 354-D IPC at Police Station Sector 11, Chandigarh. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is pending for the last about three years and is at evidence stage since 2014. Till date, only one prosecution witness i.e. the complainant has been examined partly and her cross-examination could not be done till date due to various delay tactics. Now, the matter is pending for 10.08.2016 for recording the prosecution evidence.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, going through the record, the present petition is disposed of by giving directions to the trial Court to conclude the proceedings of the trial expeditiously.
