No. M-23766 of 2015 Saheed has brought this petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. for direction to official respondents to register an FIR pursuant to the representations, Annexures P-1 and P-4 made by him. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite makings representations, no action has been taken thereon. He further submits that the petitioner is satisfied if respondent no.2 is directed to decide representation, Annexure P-4.

The petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to respondent no.2 to consider the representation, Annexure P-4, and decide the same at his own level, in accordance with law.
