According to the reply, petitioner did not submit any alleged representation nor received in the office of Inspector General of Police. In view of above, instant petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.4 - Senior Superintendent of Police, District Moga, to look into the representation of the petitioner, if any filed and do the needful if required.
