Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.166 dated 14.7.2025 under Sections 109(1), 121(1), 132, 221 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25(1-B)(a) of Arms Act, 1959 (Section 111 of BNS added later on), registered at Police Station Mundkati, District Palwal. 2.

Learned State counsel has filed status report, which is taken on record.
