(ORAL) Learned State counsel contends that twice cancellation report have been recommended, in case FIR No.39 dated 26.05.2017 by two different investigating agencies, i.e. one by Superintendent of Police (Investigation), Ferozepur and other by SIT under the supervision of SP (Head Quarter) consisting of DSP (Investigation), Ferozepur and SHO, P.S. Mallanwala. Now, third time, upon the application of the petitioner, Bureau of Investigation, Punjab has summoned the entire record for further investigation. Therefore, prayer of the petitioner has already been taken care of.

In view of the above, instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
