(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227of the Constitution of India for quashing order dated 17.08.2021 (Annexure P-21) passed by the Collector-cum-District Development and Panchayat Officer, Bathinda (respondent No.4) against the application filed under Sections 3, 4, 5 and 7 of the Punjab Public Premises and Land (Eviction and Rent Recovery) Act, 1973 for eviction vide File No.186/D.D.P.O and order dated 11.09.2024 (Annexure P-24), passed by the Joint Development Commissioner, Department of Rural Development and Panchayats, Punjab (respondent No.3). 2.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
