(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for quashing of FIR No.003 dated 18.03.2013, under Sections 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station NRI, Ludhiana (Rural), District Ludhiana (Annexure P-1) and all the consequential proceedigns arising therefrom on the basis of compromise/affidavit dated 04.01.2023 (Annexure P-3).
