SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.501 dated 29.06.2015, under Sections 20 and 27-A of Narcotic Drugs Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station City Sirsa.

Following order was passed by this Court on 13.08.2015:- "Learned State counsel prays for an adjournment.

List again on 07.09.2015.

In the meantime, in the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Petitioner shall abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) of the code of Criminal Procedure, 1973."
