SUMEET GOEL, J.(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus directing respondents No.1 to 6 to get the detenue, namely, Gurpreet Kaur from the illegal detention of private respondent No.7. 2.
Pursuant to the order of preceding date, respondent No.7 Sunil Kumar as also alleged detenue-Gurpreet Kaur have been produced in Court.

This Court has interacted with the alleged detenue-Gurpreet Kaur with the able assistance of learned State counsel. 4.
The alleged detenue-Gurpreet Kaur has submitted that she is YAG DUTT 2026.03.25 09:52 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
CRWP No.2484 of 2026 -2major in terms of age and is living peacefully with respondent No.7 on her own accord and is not under any kind of pressure. 5.
Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the petition in hand.
