**** ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) The present regular second appeal is arisen out of the suit for possession by way of partition. The judgments of the Courts below are dated 14.08.1993 and 02.12.1994.
Learned counsel for the appellants states that despite best efforts, he is unable to contact the appellants. He has not been able to ascertain whether any final decree has been passed in the said case. In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. However, liberty is granted to the appellants to get the appeal revived, in case, something survives.
