A joint request is made by learned counsel for the par&es to dispose of the ma$er in terms of the aforesaid compromise dated 12.02.2026 (Annexure A-1). Learned counsel for the par&es agree that they have se$led their dispute amicably and as such, the present appeal may be disposed of, in terms of the compromise.

In view of the aforesaid joint statement made by learned counsel for the par&es, present appeal is hereby disposed of, in terms of the compromise dated 12.02.2026 (Annexure A-1), which shall form part and parcel of the decree.
