ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) 1.
The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 27.05.2024 learned counsel for the appellant had stated that he has not been able to contact his client. Therefore, notice was issued to the appellant. As per the service report, appellant remains unserved as he is not found residing at the given address. There is no other address available with the Court for effecting service of the appellant except the one mentioned in the memo of parties and in the judgments and decrees passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court and is the same on which the notice was sent. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
